Peacock Niche
Peacocks Are Basically Wild Animals, So Their Niche Would Involve Them Hunting and Being Preyed On. They Don't Really Have A Huge Impact On The World Or Humans, Other Than Pleasing Their Eyesight If They Get A Glimpse Of Their Brightly Colored Bodies and Big Beautiful Feathers. I Would Say That Their Niche Is To Hunt For Smaller Creatures On Ground Level, Like Rodents, and They're Also A Food Source For Larger Animals. Also, Of Course They Contribute To The Carbon Cycle and A Variety Of Food Webs.

Reflection
From This Project, Not Only Have I Learned About The Peacocks and Its Cycle Through Life, But I Also Learned About Animal Life In General. The Peacock Is A Pretty Rare Animal, In Terms Of Research and Things Of That Nature, But Overall It Was A Cool Experience Getting To Learn About An Animal That I Originally Knew Nothing About. One Important Thing That I Took Away From This Project Was That Peacocks Are Somewhat Boring. Their Feathers Honestly Have Everyone Fooled, Because They Literally Do Nothing, Like Every Other Uninteresting Bird. I Would Say That I Admire How Beautiful They Are, and How They Aren't As Dangerous Towards Humans Like Many Other Giant Birds. They Don't Represent Many Different Colors, I Believe That They Only Come In Green and Blue, Unless They Were Albino, Then Of Course They'd Be White. I Also Didn't Know That Animals Could Be Albino Until I Started This Project. Some Of The Parts Of This Project Were A Bit Challenging, Due To The Limited Information Out There About Peacocks. I Would Say The Food Web and Pyramid Were The Most Difficult, Because Peacocks Don't Necessarily Eat A Variety Of Animals, and They Aren't Preyed On By Many Animals Either. It Was Also Hard To Find Information About Their Relationships and Behaivors, But I Somehow Managed To Take Information That I Already Knew, and Information Related To Their Ancestors and Tied It All Together To Express The Peacocks and Its Individual Characteristics.
Overall, I Would Say I Definitely Enjoyed Doing This Project, Because It Allowed Me To Be Creative With The Website, and I Was Able To Witness More Highschool/College Type Research With Technology. I've Never Done A Project Like This, So It Was Very Different From What I'm Used To. I Was Glad I Got Expand My Knowledge and Do A More Challenging Project. I'm Somewhat New To The World Of Research Too, I Never Really Did Hardcore Research In All My Days, So That Was Interesting. I Also Find It Enjoyable Visiting Other Students Websites, and Seeing What They Came Up With, and How Creative They Could Be With Their Projects As Well. Oh, and I'm Also A Big Fan Of Drawing and Such, and This Project Offered Alot Of Drawing Opportunities. There Were Some Aspects Of The Project That Weren't As Enjoyable, Like Some Of The Research Was Tough, Because There Aren't Many Sources Subject To The Biology Of The Peacock. But, Overall The Project Was Very Enjoyable and Up To Snuff.
I Wouldn't Say That I Struggled On Any Parts Of The Project, But Some Of The Parts Were A Bit Threatening. The Hardest Part Of The Project For Me, Would Probably Be Part 4, Mainly Because Of The Research Part Of It. Peacocks Are Spectacular Animals, If You're Not Referring To Their Physical Appearance. They Don't Do Primarily Anything To Help Anything Really, So I Was A Little Troublesome Trying To Find Information About The Symbiotic Relationships They Had With Other Organisms. It Was Also A Little Difficult Finding Abiotic and Biotic Factors Of Their Habitat, Because Literally If You Were To Look Up "Where Do Peacocks Live?" It Wouldn't Give You A Specific Location Or Habitat, So I'm Guessing They Can Live Pretty Much Anywhere With A Nice Climate, Temperature, Water and Food Sources. But, Other Than That I Didn't Really Have A Problem With Any Of The Other Sections.
Part 1 Was A Very Satisfying Section, Because It Mostly Asked For The Basic Information About The Organism, and There Were Alot Of Drawing Opportunities. The Information In That Section Wasn't Problematic To Find At All. I Also Fancied Part 2, Because I Luxuriate In Learning About The Life Cycle Of Different Organisms, and Seeing How They Grow Throughout Their Lives. I Guess, My Ultimate Favorite Part Of This Whole Thing, Would Be Either Drawing The Peacock Multiple Times Or Electing Pictures To Decorate My Website. Even Though I Don't Necessarily Cherish The Peacock, I'm Glad I Chose It Because It Gave Color and A Sort Of Uniqueness To My Website, Therefore It Was Fun To Draw and Look At Pictures Of It. Ultimately, This Project Gave Me Something Do With My Boring Life, So Thumbs Up To That. I HOnestly, Learned and Enjoyed Alot Of Things Doing This Project, and I Definitely Would Love To Do More Long Term Projects Like This In The Future. (: (Oh, and Sorry About My Typing.. I'm Not Sure Why I Type Like This.. and I'm Pretty Sure It Annoyed You Throughout This Whole Project..)
